Song Circle

Rayla will be leading us in a song Circle for this one. Come prepared to sing, laugh, and maybe cry. You do not need to know the songs ahead of time, they will be taught on the spot.

This song circle will take place at Lynndale Park, Parking Lot #2… not really at the parking lot, but that is where we will meet. there will be some walking an fairly well maintained trails.

Come with your own safety in mind. No one is responsible for your safety but you.

Guidelines:

We ask that you read our beliefs page before coming to get a general idea of how we operate.

We also have some more event specific guidelines that aren’t covered there:

• This event is 18+ and human only. Kids and dogs change the vibe.

• Be mindful of the people around you and the fact that we are all sensitive to different things. This doesn’t mean you should tiptoe around all of your interactions, but does mean that you should always act and connect with intention and care.

• We are looking to create an environment that is loving and supportive for all folks. We do not tolerate violent and oppressive words or actions (don’t act whack). 

• We ask that you keep your phone on silent and put away for the duration of the event.

• We ask that you show up on time and stay for the duration of the plunge, as coming and going will disrupt the container we are attempting to create. 

• Please come well fed. Perhaps bring a bar or banana or some other easy to carry snack that starts with the letter “b”. ;)

• Once again, please bring water. Nothing works well when you are thirsty.

Accessibility:

You will need to be able to walk on some amount of fairly well maintained trail for like a mile or something.

This event will happen rain or shine.
