Trash (Pickup) Party
How is picking up trash pleasurable? It builds community around making the world less like how it is right now and more like paradise for everybody. It is like a scavenger hunt. It is with your friends.
What to bring:
Trash Bag
Trash Grabber or Poker
Gloves
Shoes
Water cause you will get thirsty
If you want to come, you will be required to sign our waiver at the beach cause we live in a sue happy country and this event is open to the public.

This Trash Party will take place at Brackett’s Landing in Edmonds and maybe the surrounding Edmonds area.
Come with your own safety in mind. No one is responsible for your safety but you.
Guidelines:
We ask that you read our beliefs page before coming to get a general idea of how we operate.
We also have some more event specific guidelines that aren’t covered there:
This event is 18+ and human only. Kids and dogs change the vibe.
Be mindful of the people around you and the fact that we are all sensitive to different things. This doesn’t mean you should tiptoe around all of your interactions, but does mean that you should always act and connect with intention and care.
We are looking to create an environment that is loving and supportive for all folks. We do not tolerate violent and oppressive words or actions (don’t act whack).
We ask that you keep your phone on silent and put away for the duration of the event.
We ask that you show up on time and stay for the duration of the plunge, as coming and going will disrupt the container we are attempting to create.
Please come well fed. Perhaps bring a bar or banana or some other easy to carry snack that starts with the letter “b”. ;)
Once again, please bring water. Nothing works well when you are thirsty.
Accessibility:
You will need to be able to walk over rocks and sand for an unknown amount of time. probably 2 miles or something.
This event will happen rain or shine.

Directions:
Brackett’s Landing is the beach and parking lot on the right side of the ferry terminal in Edmonds. We will meet near the bathroom shelters.
Parking:
There is ample parking at Brackett’s Landing, and if it is full, there is parking nearby in the rest of Edmonds!
Park in a parking spot or some other legal place.
